16 Jun / Group Meetings

least 4 meetings per annum shall be held. Time and place of a meeting is to be determined by consensus at one of the regular meetings or coordinated through emails. A minimum of five (5) Members including the Chairperson or his appointed representative shall constitute a quorum. Members who are not in the vicinity of the place where the meeting is held shall make use of video or telephone conferencing facilities and therefore be regarded as having attended the meeting. Approval of the minutes shall happen at the next meeting and copies of signed minutes shall be kept at the secretary. Copies of the minutes shall be available for inspection at the secretary by any member of the organisation. It is not compulsory for ordinary members to attend regular meetings bu

SPECIAL MEETINGS.

The Group shall meet in a special session upon the call of the Chairperson, acting under authority granted by a majority of the Group’s Executive Committee.

NOTIFICATION

VOTE

Each Regular Member of the Group shall be entitled to one vote in all proceedings.

SARIG YEAR OF OPERATION

The Group year of operation shall commence on January 1st and terminate on 31st December.

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM)

The AGM shall be held closer to the end of the year to discuss the Group’s performance for the outgoing year and future plans for the upcoming year and beyond.
